A great way to improve your stability is by using our Balance Plank Station! This product will target your core and leg muscles as you attempt to walk across the narrow board. The gradual increase in height separates this balance beam from most. Going from 3" to 6" in width, this increases the effectiveness of the balance beam over the more common level plank versions with consistent widths. A slip-resistant surface is provided and is formed with a marine-grade polymer. The Balance Plank Station is constructed with commercial-grade steel that consists of a protective coating to prevent rust and corrosion.
