Working with Templates - Top Menu Options

Templates allow users to start a new design quickly using predefined layouts. Instead of building a layout from scratch, users can select an existing template and customize it based on their needs.

Accessing Templates

1. Click on the Templates icon from the left sidebar.
2. The Templates panel displays a searchable list of available templates.
3. Use the Search Template bar to quickly find a specific template.

Using a Template

1. Select a template from the list.
2. If you already have an active design, a confirmation popup will appear.

Replace Current Template Warning

1. Opening a template will remove the current design.
2. Any unsaved changes will be lost.
3. Choose Close to cancel or Use Template to continue.

Working with a Loaded Template

1. Once applied, the template opens directly on the canvas.
2. Predefined elements such as decks, pools, walkways, and surrounding areas are already placed.
3. Dimension labels help users understand real-world sizing.
4. Locked elements prevent accidental movement when using “Use Template” mode.
