Intended for frequent outdoor use, the frame is manufactured with a combination of industrial-grade cast aluminum and extruded rectangular aluminum that contains internal ribs for added strength. Two layers of powder-coating are applied to the frame as a finish. This finish is three times thicker than paint and will not rust or peel.
