For this dedicated expanded-steel model, the tabletop and four attached benches feature 3/4" #9-gauge expanded steel protected by RHINO polyolefin thermoplastic coating. The open steel pattern promotes drainage and allows loose debris to pass through, making the surfaces practical for outdoor commercial environments.
A 2-3/8" round steel tube frame supports the tabletop and seating. The table can be ordered for surface-mount or in-ground installation, providing two secure anchoring options for different site conditions.
The four-bench Nexus arrangement offers an alternative to traditional picnic tables with two long parallel benches. Its multi-sided seating makes it especially useful for outdoor break areas, visitor centers, and recreation destinations where groups can gather around a shared table.
