Its steel plates have a galvanized coating protecting the base from environmental effects such as rust or corrosion. Up to 3 steel plates can be added to provide extra stability to the foundation of the umbrella. The base comes with a 1.5" diameter stem perfect for any standard commercial umbrella. Option to upgrade to our 100 lb., 30" diameter base available. This product is made in the USA and has a 1 year commerical warranty provided.
