Our unique coating system produces the most durable coating compared to any other thermoplastic coated outdoor furniture. Furniture Leisure has teamed up with Robert Webb, the father of thermoplastic outdoor furniture to create a new product line like nothing else in the market today. Robert Webb has spent the last two years perfecting a formula for the perfect product that will be sturdy, perform as expected, and outlast any products from the competition. Coating: Furniture Leisure’s unique coating system has the best adhesion rate of any other thermoplastic coating. Our signature coating will outperform other plastic coatings such as plastisol and textured polyethylene. Like plastisol, the signature coating has a thick coating with a 90% gloss shine and smooth surface, but without the drip marks commonly found on plastisol furniture. The non-porous surface is easy to clean and impervious to stains, fungus, mold, and mildew. Our coating is UV and fade resistant and does not crack, peel, or warp. Our coating is resistant to vandalism and can be cleaned with little effort. Outdoor furniture from Furniture Leisure will be difficult for vandals to cut and can be repaired easily.

The Difference

Underneath many types of plastic coated outdoor furniture, the structure is made of steel. Eventually, the plastic coating on steel outdoor furniture becomes scratched or peeled, exposing the steel to salty air or humidity and with time begin to rust or rot. Unlike plastisol or thermoplastic, our new formula prevents peeling, scratching, or warping to better protect the steel. In addition to the plastic coating, the frame is protected by a galvaneal process to protect the integrity of the steel. We use Xylan Coated hardware that gives the extra corrosion resistance that low grade zinc doesn’t provide. Our hardware is corrosion resistant, chemical resistant, and weathering resistant.
