Made with commercial-grade plastic resin that is filled with concrete to provide stability. Two thumbscrews ensure a firm grip on the umbrella pole. Designed for 2" poles but can be retrofitted to suit 1 1/2" poles as well. It also features molded anchor holes for surface mounting if desired.
