Fit/Unfit - Canvas controls

The Fit / Unfit control helps users quickly adjust the canvas view to display the entire layout within the available workspace. This feature is especially useful when working on large designs or after zooming in and out during detailed editing.

Fit and Unfit affect only the canvas view, not the actual size, scale, or measurements of objects in the layout.

Key Features

• Fit Design
  Automatically adjusts the zoom level and canvas position so the complete layout is visible on the screen.

• Unfit (Manual View)
  Allows users to return to manual zoom and pan control after fitting the design.

• Scale Preservation
  All object dimensions and measurements remain unchanged—only the view is adjusted.

• Quick Re-centering
  Instantly brings the layout back into focus if it moves out of view due to panning or zooming.

How to Use

• Click Fit Design from the top toolbar to automatically fit the entire layout within the canvas area.

• Use Zoom In / Zoom Out or the Hand tool to manually adjust the view afterward (Unfit mode).

• Reapply Fit Design at any time to re-center the layout on the screen.
