Our galvanized steel plate freestanding umbrella base is designed for freestanding use making it perfect for outdoor events or resort patios. Its 36" diameter galvanized coated steel plates provide protection from harmful environmental effects such as rust or corrosion. With 150 lbs. this base ensures that the umbrella will not tip under normal use. Up to 3 steel plates can be added to the base to provide the umbrella with increased stability. This base comes with a 1.5" stem diameter which is compatible with any standard commercial umbrella or pick a 2" diameter stem at no upcharge for wider poles.
