Receptacle comes with a black high-density polyurethane rigid plastic liner with the inner sleeve to highlight design and hide the liner. This product is coated with TGIC polyester powder coating which is a deterrent for graffiti, protects surfaces from rust, and keeps the color for the life of the product. Unit comes standard with lid tethering kit, leveling feet, and anchor kit. The outer receptacle is standard black with the choice of inner sleeve color.
