 Question: How do I receive my merchandise?

Answer:  Commercial products are shipped via Common Carrier. The driver only is responsible to bring the merchandise to the shipping address only. Off loading is the customers responsibility. Additional services such as "lift gate" or "inside delivery" are  available at additional cost to assist you if necessary.

Question: What is the lead time to receive an order?
